About the RoleAs a Junior Operations Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s internal processes and help optimize them to ensure our clients get the best payment solution on the market.
This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product — working side by side with our technical and business teams to make payments seamless for businesses worldwide.
Conducting technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system
Supporting processes related to Solidgate’s payment services
Building new workflows and optimizing existing ones
Handling analytical requests from clients
Setting up payment routing
Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company
Communicating with partner banks’ technical support teams
Detecting and resolving anomalies in the payment process
Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Knowledge of SQL and Python
Practical experience with Postman and knowledge of Tableau will set you apart.
