This job conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis in an effort to align business initiatives. Provides systems, administrative, and operational support in assisting with the development and implementation of new or existing products, processes and accounts. Analyzes existing forms and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods. Assists in the implementation of new systems and procedures in various departments and instructs personnel regarding them. Depending on area may review organization functions and structure to avoid overlapping or duplication. Coordinates proposed policies, procedures, systems, forms and reports among departments
The job scope implies:
- To carry out analytical assessments for business needs.
- To achieve to an agreement on the problem description and resolution by analyzing processes, sharing recommendations and working with different teams on the solution building, testing and implementation.
- To guarantee the quality of the delivery process by performing post-implementation quality audits to ensure integrity, adhering to customer service standards and analyzing quality and customer service problems.
- To support internal and external customers on systems and/or processes.
- To verify the implementation on apps or processes by developing and executing tests for moderate sized projects.
- To resolve service and/or system issues by gathering and analyzing related information, identifying the cause of the problem and investigating possible solutions.
- To coordinate project deliveries to accomplish the with committed date.
Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Knowledgeable in all the duties of the Operations Analyst I position, or similar positions.
- Knowledgeable of company products & services.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Has Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Applies the basic skills learned and begins to develop advanced problem solving skills to the position.
- Learns advance analytical techniques.
- Some evaluation, originality and ingenuity are required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
