WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Operations Analyst in the Investment Operations team at SimCorp is responsible for supporting the operational processes related to investment activities, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation. With typically 2-4 years of experience in investment operations, this role involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage data, and supporting the team in resolving discrepancies. The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining smooth investment operations and contributing to the overall success of investment transactions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Support the daily operations of investment transactions, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of investment transactions, following internal procedures and industry standards
• Assist with monitoring and tracking key operational processes, ensuring they are completed efficiently and without error
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies in investment data, working closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to maintain consistent data flow across systems and ensure proper reporting
• Assist with the preparation of operational reports and performance metrics for senior management
• Provide support during audits and regulatory assessments, ensuring that operational documentation is up to date and accurate
• Continuously improve operational workflows by identifying opportunities for process optimization
• Assist in implementing new tools or technologies to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of investment transactions and operational data to ensure compliance with internal policies
