What You'll Do:
- Ensure work is appropriately assigned and completed by a large staff across three offices, meeting internal service timelines and quality standards. Oversees workflow distribution and supports staffing and resource planning.
- Manage internal and external audit requests from intake through completion, ensuring responses are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
- Create complex ad hoc and recurring reports using a variety of reporting tools including but not limited to Doma, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Access.
- Serve as a SharePoint subject‑matter expert for Claims operations by creating, administering, governing, and maintaining multiple large-scale sites that support reporting and collaboration.
- Work on resolving complex operational and compliance issues by applying strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and practical solutions.
- Analyze existing processes, guidelines, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities, and use sound judgment within established policies and practices to select effective methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Support the Director of the National Claims Intake Center and related operations by handling additional projects and requests as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in complex operational environments, including responsibility for multi‑location functions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex operational and strategic initiatives in multi‑site environments.
- Strong ability to understand diverse employee needs while driving performance and monitoring results.
- Broad and applied knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to claims intake operations, compliance, and performance management.
- Advanced experience with operational reporting tools, databases, and analytics platforms.
- Significant experience supporting staff across multiple locations and developing scalable operational solutions.
- Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site design, governance, and maintenance.
