What We're Looking For

Cross River is seeking a Card Payment Analyst responsible for executing tasks associated with the Dispute Oversight process of Third-Party Agents. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency with policies and procedures and will assist in ensuring compliance with changes in the Bank’s strategy or LOBs. The candidate will also be required to develop an understanding of Card Network Monitoring Programs in order to effectively perform the role of Card Payment Analyst.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the operational activities to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, as well as organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) those related to the CARD Act, CARD BRAND rules, Regulation E, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Identity Theft Red Flags, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to mitigate any potential legal risks and prevent any unfavorable exposure to the Bank Complies
  • Develop an understanding of Card Network Dispute Monitoring Programs and Rules
  • Review and analyze daily and monthly dispute activity of Third Party Agent’s portfolio ensure oversight and compliance with Card Network Monitoring programs and to mitigate loss
  • Establish working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate Card Network Remediation Plan and responses with Relationship Managers and/or internal stakeholders to ensure Network deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with team members to provide solutions or enhancements to the Dispute Oversight Process
  • Must be able to perform duties with close attention to detail and accuracy

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00
