Major Responsibilities

• Collaborate with relevant business teams to perform specialized analysis on key business challenges, providing strategic analysis and recommendations over a broad range of management issues at corporate level
• Understands the company’s priorities, business drivers, competitors and competitive strategy to help drive strategically aligned solutions, considering aspects of risk/reward.
• Define analytical approach;
• Brings structure and order to undefined problems and/or large scale problems, making them easier to address and solve
• Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience

Requirements

• Outstanding academic record with Master or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance or adjacent study area, oversea study experience is preferred.
• Management consulting or corporate internal consulting background would be a plus;
• Superior analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
• Demonstrated skill in navigating ambiguity and managing complexity.
• Ability to grasp primary real estate market economics - market demand and supply, vacancy, absorption, micro and macro issues relating to properties.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation and storytelling capability
• Good team spirit and cross-team collaboration skills
