[Ads Sales Strategy & Ops] Manager, Data Analysis

What You Will Do  

As a Manager, Data Analyst at Coupang Ads, you will be responsible for the following:     

• • Provide data analysis and business insights to increase revenue by utilizing data from Coupang Ads
  • Create a data-driven decision-making environment with the insight from various analysis to solve bottleneck on Sales team
  • Define analytical framework, perform various analytics and automate reports for Ads Sales.

Basic Qualifications  

• A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
• More than 8 years of data analysis and practical experience
• Skilled in data processing/extraction/analysis/reporting using SQL + (R or Python)
• Experience in solving problems by establishing and verifying hypotheses using various analytical techniques and deriving logical inferences and insights based on the results
• Experience in collaborating with various relevant teams and leading projects with data-based communication and proposals based on your own analysis results
• Ability to guide the direction of team members as a team manager and manage team members so that they can grow  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power-BI)
• Experience in business consulting based on data analysis
• Business English
• Exposure to ML based modelling techniques nice to have but not essential
