Responsibilities:
  • Support operational requirements by providing interface between sponsor equities in the field, at home, and with other agencies on various geographic and transnational issues.
  • Maintain partnerships across the intelligence community and partner departments to deconflict and align missions.
  • Apply counterintelligence and security protocols to safeguard personnel and sensitive assets in high-threat environments.
  • Support the coordination and execution of operational taskings and cross-functional projects.
  • Assist in the planning, management, and successful execution of complex initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop assessments and provide well-informed recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and reports while providing expert guidance and advisory support on project activities and initiatives.
Levels:
  • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Level 4: Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Level 5: Bachelor’s degree and at least 20 years of relevant professional experience. 

*Note: 5 additional years of experience can be applied in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree*

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sponsor research tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, interpret research findings, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Extensive experience in intelligence operations, intelligence analysis, and direct support to field operations, with the ability to integrate intelligence into operational planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of counterintelligence principles, risk management methodologies, and threat mitigation strategies to support operational security and mission success.
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the Intelligence Community (IC) and other U.S. Government (USG) agencies, fostering coordination and information sharing in support of operational objectives.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with PolygraphSalary Range: $140,000 - $215,000

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.

Skills Required
