This role offers the opportunity to build hands‑on experience within a high‑performing Operations team at FE Investments, part of FE fundinfo. You will gain exposure to investment platforms, document production, and model portfolio processes while contributing to a business managing over £4bn in assets. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products are available to clients, supporting rebalancing activity, and helping to improve operational efficiency in a growing investment environment.
Your key responsibilities as an Operations Administrator will include:
- Ensuring clients have access to FE Investments products across investment platforms.
- Managing FE Investments document production processes to support client investments into model portfolios.
- Assisting with rebalancing planning and model trading activities.
- Communicating with external investment platforms to support operational delivery.
- Contributing to ad hoc operations projects and developing efficiencies in operational processes.
- Adhering to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Operations Administrator:
• You will have proficiency in MS Excel and confidence working with data.
• You will demonstrate strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• You will have excellent collaborative skills and a desire to develop within a fast‑improving investment business.
• You will bring clear and effective communication skills when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will be comfortable managing tasks accurately in a busy operational environment.
