We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Operations Administrator to support the Park Food & Beverage team with its daily operations. This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can multi-task and help ensure all F&B units across the park deliver against their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Job Description

A day in the life of the Food & Beverage Operations Administrator could include:

  • Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and supporting day-to-day, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks
  • Supporting the F&B Management Team with training documentation to ensure team members are safe and legally compliant to work
  • Conducting team briefings to ensure colleagues are updated with all relevant information for the trading day
  • Being available to make and receive calls, respond to messages and emails, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Managing the F&B inbox and responding to employee queries and requests
  • Working closely with the F&B Management Team to report absences, lateness, and sickness, ensuring all information is logged through the correct processes
  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Management Team with invoice processing
  • Assisting with stock-taking processes
  • Completing financial trackers to support accurate financial reporting and sharing information appropriately

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills when working with both frontline team members and
management teams
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to support changing business requirements
• Approachable, positive, and enthusiastic, with a strong team-player attitude
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Previous Food & Beverage or administrative experience is desirable
