We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented student to support day-to-day administrative and operations tasks. You’ll help keep schedules running smoothly, track timesheets, assist with interview coordination, and maintain organized company records. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how operations, recruiting, and compliance work inside a fast-moving technology and consulting company.

Location: DC Metro Area (Remote during the academic year; in-person for Winter and Summer internships)
Employment Type: Part-Time (school year) and Full-Time Internship (summer/winter)
Experience Level: Current College Student
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm interviews, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews using provided templates and guidance.
  • Maintain calendar consistency, ensuring invites, reminders, and meeting links are accurate.
  • Follow up on employee timesheets, ensuring completion and accuracy each pay period.
  • Help track and record GFE assignments, EOD completion, and other routine operational updates.
  • Assist in updating company resumes and project profiles.
  • Support file organization in shared drives and maintain folder structure and naming consistency.
  • Record meeting notes and organize action items when needed.
  • Help maintain simple data logs (e.g., compliance records, training lists, or project trackers).
  • Assist with purchase tracking and receipt logging.
  • Participate in basic research projects, such as identifying new tools or improving internal processes.
Qualifications
  • Current college student pursuing business, communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive about completing tasks on time.
  • Eager to learn business operations and professional workplace systems.
