The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who will serve as the operational leader of Scale-X Solutions.

 

This is more than a traditional operations role. You will oversee client relationships, lead and develop Virtual Assistants, and guide the broader management team toward achieving company goals. As one of the key leaders within the organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future growth, performance, and culture of Scale-X Solutions.

 

We are looking for someone who thrives on accountability, embraces challenges, and is passionate about building high-performing teams while delivering outstanding client experiences.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of Scale-X Solutions.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple Virtual Assistants and management team members to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective systems, processes, and workflow improvements.
  • Monitor team and client performance against KPIs, targets, and service standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop leaders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with company directors and senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement.

 

What We're Looking For

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Operations Management experience within the BPO, outsourcing, or remote staffing industry.
  • Strong sales background is required.
  • Proven experience in both Operations Management and Account Management.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple clients and large teams.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop people.
  • Highly target-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Possesses a strong ownership mentality and a commitment to doing whatever it takes to achieve company goals.
  • Passionate about helping Scale-X Solutions reach new heights of growth and success.

 

Highly Preferred

  • Experience managing remote teams.
  • Experience in staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, or virtual assistant industries.
  • Experience leading managers and department heads.

Skills Required
