SIO Logistics is on the lookout for a detail-driven and carrier-focused Operational Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. In this vital role, you’ll provide exceptional service to both our carriers and customers, becoming an essential link in our operations and sales network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into the intricacies of current accounts assigned by sales representatives, mastering all the details.

  • Develop expertise in our cutting-edge Transportation Management System (TMS) and leverage its full potential.

  • Efficiently schedule appointments and accurately input shipment details for all relevant loads.

  • Keep internal and external portals up to date with shipment information to ensure transparency and accuracy.

  • Proactively track shipment progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders involved.

  • Address customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses with professionalism and clarity.

  • Work collaboratively with sales representatives to deliver seamless and personalized account servicing.

Skills Required

  • Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) or ability to develop TMS expertise
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when inputting shipment data
  • Professional customer service and clear communication skills for carrier and customer interactions
  • Ability to track shipments and provide timely status updates
