Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts for a third-party logistics broker by developing new business, nurturing client relationships, providing proactive communication, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate and manage assigned freight accounts using the company TMS: schedule appointments, input and update shipment details and portals, proactively track shipments, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with sales to ensure carrier and customer satisfaction.

The Customer Account Manager will develop new business, manage customer accounts, and ensure exceptional service through effective communication and relationship-building.

Serve as the operational link between carriers, customers, and sales: manage assigned accounts, use the TMS to schedule and enter shipments, update portals, track shipments, respond to status inquiries, and collaborate with sales to ensure smooth account servicing.
