About the Fellowship
The CLS Health Operational Manager Fellowship is a competitive and immersive leadership development program designed for early-career professionals passionate about healthcare operations. Over the course of three months, fellows gain hands-on experience in operational, financial, and strategic functions within a rapidly growing multi-specialty healthcare organization.
Fellows take on meaningful, real-world operational projects, engage directly in decision-making alongside senior leadership, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization.
Program Highlights
Executive Mentorship: Work closely with CLS Health executives and senior operational managers.
High-Impact Operational Projects: Lead assignments that drive real organizational improvements.
Cross-Functional Rotations: Exposure to operations, finance, HR, data, legal, strategy, and more.
Weekly Didactic Sessions: Instructor-led sessions taught by departmental leaders.
Capstone Project: Present a strategic initiative to senior leadership at program completion.

CLS Health is a physician-owned, multispecialty healthcare group serving Greater Houston with coordinated primary and specialty care across dozens of clinics. They offer on-site laboratory and imaging services, same-day appointments, and a centralized contact center, supporting more than 200 providers and multiple specialties to deliver patient-centered, integrated outpatient and some inpatient services across their clinic network.
