About the Fellowship

The CLS Health Operational Manager Fellowship is a competitive and immersive leadership development program designed for early-career professionals passionate about healthcare operations. Over the course of three months, fellows gain hands-on experience in operational, financial, and strategic functions within a rapidly growing multi-specialty healthcare organization.

Fellows take on meaningful, real-world operational projects, engage directly in decision-making alongside senior leadership, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization.

Program Highlights

Executive Mentorship: Work closely with CLS Health executives and senior operational managers.

High-Impact Operational Projects: Lead assignments that drive real organizational improvements.

Cross-Functional Rotations: Exposure to operations, finance, HR, data, legal, strategy, and more.
