INTERNSHIP DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and apply problem solving, root cause analysis, and solution validation.
- Assist in developing knowledge capture systems.
- Conduct employee interviews and job-shadowing activities.
- Capture critical institutional knowledge.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Understand auditing and compliance aspects of tasks.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
- Review, update, and digitize documentation.
- Create and deliver presentations summarizing what was learned, how it was applied, and any results.
- The Intern will be assigned a Coach and Mentor to guide them through their experience.
- The Intern will be assigned a project which will be presented to Black Box Management at the conclusion of the Internship.
- Documentation review, update, and digitization.
- Additional duties as assigned
TRAINING OVERVIEW:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate (Rising Senior) or Graduate in one of the following majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, Organizational Leadership, or similar course of study
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and sound interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure products and applications a plus
SCHEDULE:
- Monday through Friday with flexibility, not to exceed 40 hours/week
- Location: This position will be on-site in Lawrence; PA. Intern will need reliable transportation.
