What will you do?
The Operational Excellence Expert is a pivotal function in Hibob's People and Culture global team. This function will oversee global people operations, promote and support data driven decisions, and drive operational excellence, from planning to execution, to ensure Hibob is creating simple, quality experiences for employees and has the right data and infrastructure for sustainable growth. This role involves working closely across the global People and Culture team, as well as cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operational excellence, organization and methods management, data analytics or related domains.
  • Previous experience with global companies or in scaling a high growth company.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR processes and/ or systems (e.g., bob, workday, SAP), advanced Excel skills, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with SQL.
  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: A strong ability to approach challenges creatively, exploring new ideas and testing solutions that go beyond traditional methods
  • Analytical Thinking: An excellent ability to interpret complex data, integrating bottom up and top down inputs, and translate into actionable insights.
  • Design Thinking skills: A strong ability to assess and deeply understand needs, pain points, and desires of users or stakeholders.
  • Communication skills: A strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and data clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Team Player: An outstanding ability to work effectively in a team environment, lead discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
