· Analyze current operational processes and
workflows to identify areas for improvement.
· Develop, document, and maintain process maps,
standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
· Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide
actionable insights and recommendations.
· Collaborate with various departments to design
and implement process improvements and best practices.
· Monitor key operational metrics, generate
reports, and provide updates to management on performance trends.
· Assist in the development and deployment of
automation tools and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
· Support change management initiatives, ensuring
smooth adoption of new processes across teams.
· Identify risks and operational inefficiencies
and propose mitigation strategies.
· Participate in special projects to optimize
business processes and operational workflows.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis,
process improvement, or business analytics.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
with a keen attention to detail.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL,
Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
· Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
(Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Strong documentation and reporting skills.
