Leads the Database Administration team and oversees database availability, performance, security, backup, recovery, disaster recovery, compliance, and capacity planning. The role designs database architecture, troubleshoots complex issues, optimizes queries and systems, maintains documentation and governance, and collaborates with development teams. It also manages team performance, training, mentoring, and operational procedures while supporting high availability and scalable database environments.

Leads B2B product development for Qore and related fintech products by managing roadmaps and backlogs, writing user stories, coordinating scrum teams and releases, maintaining client-facing assets, and conducting customer research. The role evaluates cross-functional impacts across legal, data protection, sales, onboarding, support, and documentation while prioritizing features that maximize client and business value.
