Responsibilities
- Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions
- Providing solutions and developments according to operation and business needs by owning it end-to-end from design to implementation
- Bringing new insights into way of doing business, by brainstorming activities based on numerical analysis and reports
- Raise awareness and maintain the culture of continuous improvement
- Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
- Working as part of a data-oriented and multifunctional team
Expected Qualifications
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in Industrial Engineering or related engineering background
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business and operations development, project management (E-commerce logistics experience is a plus)
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- Passionate to work with multiple departments (e.g. tech, ops, finance, delivery, customer exp)
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, with strong cross-team coordination skills
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, result-oriented and eager to learn
- Excellent at Excel and SQL is a plus
