Ein Tag im Leben bei Atotech Österreich GmbH

In Ihrer Rolle als Produktionscontroller (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als Business Partner (m/w/d) für das lokale Produktionsmanagement zur Steuerung der Produktionsstandorte in Deutschland. Sie optimieren Geschäftsprozesse und erarbeiten Korrekturmaßnahmen. In dieser Funktion berichten Sie an den Teamleiter Operatives Controlling Deutschland in Berlin.
 
 
Ihre Verantwortung

• Budgetierung & Forecasting, Analyse (Plan/Ist-Vergleich) und Reporting von Kosten und operativen Zielen
• Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei der Kostenstellenrechnung
• Aufbereitung und Kommentierung der monatlichen (Werks-)Ergebnisse in Zusammenarbeit mit den Leitern der Produktionswerke sowie Beratung bei Weiterentwicklungen
• Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertungen inklusive der Aufarbeitung von Maßnahmenvorschlägen und Optimierungsvorhaben
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenitalen in Produktionsprozessen sowie rund um Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
• Strategischer Sparringspartner für Produktionsleitung und Management, und anderem hinsichtlich Budgetierung, Planung und Invenstionsentscheidungen
• Erstellung von Business Analysen als Orientierungshilfe für strategische Entscheidungen des Top Managements
• Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines Kennzahlen-/ Key Performance Systems
• Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionskalkulation
• OWC Erstellung, Analyse, Kommentierung und Optimierung

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse

• Abgeschlossenes(Fach-) Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finance
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktions- und Werkscontrolling
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power-BI
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 (CO/FI/MM)
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Teamgeist und gutes Zeitmanagement
• Reisebereitschaft zwischen Wien und Berlin/Neuruppin (ca. 20%)

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt gem. Kollektivvertrag der chemischen Industrie beträgt für diese Funktion bei Erfüllung aller Anforderungen mind. € 4.483,22 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
