• 日本語：ネイティブかビジネス上級レベル
• 英語：　ビジネスレベル

経験・スキル

Total Experience

• 保険業界・テクノロジー・業務変革関連での通算10年以上の経験
• ソフトウェアの設計から実装までのエンドツーエンドでの成功経験
• SDLC（システム開発ライフサイクル）全工程に関する理解と実務経験
• 金融サービス業界における重要な保険業務プロセスの理解、または習得意欲

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for contributing to the improvement of system quality across AIG’s core Policy Administration System (PAS), which manages the company’s primary insurance products, as well as its associated peripheral systems. Working closely with the owners and stakeholders of each system, the role is expected to propose optimal solutions from an application architecture perspective, promote effective system design, and drive continuous improvements in the quality of both the development process and migration deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Propose optimal solutions from a holistic, end-to-end system perspective.
• Support the maintenance of high quality across related systems through a common quality and governance approach.
• Ensure and maintain the quality of shared platform/environment functions.
• Improve inter-system integrations and common functions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• Provide support for development environment setup and implementation.
• Provide support for production environment performance improvement and optimization.

Required Skills and Experiences

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)

• Project Management certification is preferred

• Certifications related to insurance technology platforms or enterprise architecture are a plus

Specific Qualifications

• Japanese: Native or advanced business proficiency

• English: Business-level proficiency

Total Experience

• 10+ years of combined experience in the insurance industry, technology, and/or business transformation initiatives

• Proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions through the full lifecycle, from design to implementation

• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Understanding of key insurance business processes within the financial services industry, or a strong willingness and ability to learn them
