The Opportunity:

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Operation Strategy Analyst to support the Army DCS, G-6 at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:

•    Engage with Army organizations and commands to surface, track, and facilitate critical discussion topics for the AUNC.
•    Coordinate full logistical requirements for Council of Colonels (CoC), General Officer Steering Committees (GOSC), alongside Special Sessions.
•    Deliver end-to-end meeting support for GO and SES-level forums, including scheduling, video teleconferencing, presentation management, and artifact documentation.
•    Evaluate governance frameworks and portfolio management processes to isolate systemic issues for leadership resolution.
•    Review Army regulations and directives to map, prioritize, and align organizational strategic objectives.
•    Identify structural process gaps and build optimized workflows utilizing modern business intelligence technology.
•    Partner with leadership, portfolio managers, and DoD domain leads to streamline enterprise portfolio principles.
•    Author and update standard operating procedures for Secretariat duties to ensure repeatable success across forums.
•    Design and maintain SharePoint portals and information-sharing environments for secure, cross-command document exchange.
•    Execute operational tasks as Scheduler, Administrator, or Alternate Action Officer, handling daily requests for information (RFIs).
•    Analyze tasks and functions to establish clear escalation boundaries for the Governance Team Lead and senior leadership.
•    Provide ad-hoc analysis and execution support to broader Network Planning and Strategy efforts.

Qualifications:
Required: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10) or more years of work experience or five (5) years of Army governance experience.
•    Must Have Active Secret Clearance.
•    Process improvement experience.
•    Knowledge of DOD and Army IT policy.
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    Experience interacting with Army senior leadership.
•    Strong organizational skills, concern for quality and accuracy and working to deadlines.
•    Excellent personal presentation and written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to communicate with people at all levels within the organization.
•    Adapt to fast paced and flexibility in challenging environments.
•    Responds to complex requests acting as a content management subject matter resource for a community’s content; challenges sub-optimal requests and proposes alternative approaches.
Desired:

•    Experience in supporting the Army CIO or DCS, G-6.
•    5 years specialized experience of proven success in Strategy is a plus as well as Staff Action Officer experience.
•    Experience in using the Army Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Tool.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•    Experience interacting with Army senior leadership.
•    Experience in Project Management and critical path scheduling.
•    Effectiveness in working with cross-functional & multi-national teams.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
