RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Lead operational projects aimed at process improvement and enhanced service delivery to DSPs (Delivery Service Providers).
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to drive performance improvement.
  • Process Development: Create and refine operational processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Team Mentorship: Collaborate with junior operations staff to build capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to enhance operational workflows and support strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead special projects that align with the company’s strategic goals, including pilot programs for new operational initiatives.
Requirement Summary
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record in leading operational improvements in logistics or supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) and project management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Skills Required
