We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Program Manager to join our team! Our team leads and manages all critical builds at CMs, relevant activities and challenges through whole product lifecycle to fulfill product development, launch and production goals and business expectations. Our team also supports and enables strategic CM expansion, develops and facilitates NPI and production processes and drives improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage NPI engineering builds, Qual, Pilot, verification builds and alternate quals, which are to cover the whole product life cycle from Bring-up, development, launch, production, sustaining till EOL.

  • Align with GTM/BU on latest product roadmap, POR and priority, Develop and align schedules and plans for new product launch.

  • Conduct regular meetings and trackers to enable efficient and effective build management, align with both CMs and Engineering/BU to align build progress, adjust schedules and shift priority.

  • Identify and address gaps/blockers to fulfill build expectation through readiness review.

  • Coordinate unexpected/unplanned issues and requests that are related to material crisis, build disruption, customer complaints and etc.

  • Work with CRB to review and implement change for sustaining product.

  • Train and enable new CMs or sites to fulfill business and production needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement activities to improve processes and enhance tools.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 8 years of experience in program management in a manufacturing/supply chain environment, preferably in a high-tech or computer-related industry.

  • Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, Power BI is plus.

  • Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges.

  • Excellent communications skills, ability to work well independently under pressure and as a team player.

  • Well organized, attention to details, good follow-up and follow through skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution.

  • Necessary international business travel and onsite support.
