1. Coordinate with terminal for vessel schedule, berth arrangement, Stowman system update, and EDI transmissions.
2. Send loading forecast to partners, arrange rollover to meet the allocation. Ensure each and every shipment catch planned/targeted ship
3. Arrange discharge and loading of containers at port of call, according to booking, space allocation, and sales team special requirements.
4. After vessel departure, prepare and send relevant reports to concerned parties, such as discharge and loading report, ACR report. Update cargo movement and close vessel in system.
5. Work with customer service team to provide good support to local clients. Such as offer late come to the customer (based on vessel schedule and space allocation).
Requirements1. College graduates or above.
2. Have related shipping company working experience is preferable.
3. Excellent understanding/writing English ability, CET 4 or above.
4. Strong teamwork spirit, hard-working and self-motivated.
5. Stable, carefulness, responsible, and efficient.
6. Good computer skills, familiar with MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).
