OPERATION MANAGER

 Key Responsibilities:  

1.        Warehouse & Inventory Management  

•        Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, safety, and stock control 

•        Implement and maintain inventory systems to ensure accurate records and timely stock reconciliation 

•        Supervise inbound/outbound logistics, loading, dispatching, and stock distribution 

2.       Production Oversight  

•        Monitor and coordinate the food production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance 

•        Collaborate with the production team to meet targets while minimizing waste 

•        Maintain health and safety standards in all operational areas 

3.       Logistics & Supply Chain  

•        Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials and finished goods 

•        Optimize supply chain performance and cost-efficiency 

•        Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients/distributors 

4.       Team Leadership & Reporting  

•        Lead, train, and motivate warehouse and production staff 

•        Implement performance improvement processes 

 Qualifications & Requirements:  

•        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field 

field 

•        Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, production, or operations management, preferably in the food processing/FMCG industry 

•        Strong knowledge of inventory systems, production planning, and logistics coordination 

•        Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills 

•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment 

•        Computer literate; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
