Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s or professional certifications (CFA, CA, or MBA) are a plus.
- 5-7 years of operations management experience, particularly in NBFCs, banking, or financial services.
- Extensive knowledge of NBFC operations, including loan products, risk management, and RBI regulations.
- Strong understanding of financial products like personal loans and asset-backed financing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in process improvement, system integration, and operational strategy.
- Proficient in MS Office, financial software, and operations tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
