Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Lead daily PHQ operations and ensure achievement of client goals, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, and field teams while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage, coach, and develop PHQ staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee program resources, processes, and compliance with the Statement of Work.
- Manage program finances, accrual reporting, and dealer billing activities.
- Analyze program performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify and resolve operational risks, issues, and process gaps.
- Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate support across departments.
- Provide operational support for special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of operations, project or business management experience.
- 3+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong client relationship, financial management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
