JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Responsible for Manufacturing Operations’ key activities in Novonesis:

• Support and work collaboratively with the designated Operations Team.

• Specific Tasks that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business. 

• Co-ordinate with Stakeholders/clients. 

• Participate in and assist with ad hoc tasks alongside key stakeholders.

• Support Team Members in New transitional tasks and responsibilities.

• Responsible for Operations Support Activities for assigned Regions.

• Provide necessary documentation and information to support query resolution.

• Monitor inventory management by storage location using the system.

• Performing Goods issue and Goods receipt transactions in SAP for Process orders.

• Forecasting and planning “Raw material” ordering and technical material.

• Follow up on order confirmation, invoices and credit note with vendors.

To succeed you must hold:

Educational:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience: 

1-3 years

Behavioral Competencies:

Teamwork, Adaptability, Communication.  

Expertise required:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Tools. 

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willingness to work with a new team setup and rotational shifts.

Preferred:

• Good Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. 

• Stakeholder management skills.

• Ability/Aptitude to learn new digital tools to enhance ways of working.

• Exposure to/Experience in supporting cross-functional projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• SAP knowledge on SD and MM.
