JOB SUMMARY:
A caregiver who assists in providing safe, efficient patient care under the direction of licensed staff and within the scope of defined practice. Demonstrates a commitment to accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skills. Serves as a liaison between other departments ensuring communication and accurate records are available. Utilizes safety and infection control standards. Perform a variety of technical and supportive patient care tasks to assist attending anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists in performing anesthetic procedures for patients. Exhibits the F.I.R.S.T. values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).
WORKING CONDITIONS, HAZARDS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Works in a well lighted, ventilated and air conditioned area. Often exposed to unpleasant odors, sights and sounds. Long periods in a stationary position and moving around the unit are required. May experience exposure to disease, infection, physical strain and/or hazardous materials. Must be able to move or position 50 lbs. independently. May work various schedules to ensure complete coverage.

Pay Range$14.82 - $22.22
Skills Required
- Assist anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists with anesthetic procedures and perioperative patient care

- Ability to work various schedules to ensure complete coverage
