Key Responsibilities
Operational Effectiveness & Process Improvement
- Lead complex operational effectiveness and business process improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas via quality tools and resources
- Analyze current-state processes to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, operational risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and implement sustainable process improvements that improve Quality processes
- Develop future-state process models and operational frameworks that support business objectives and scalability
- Lead business initiatives that support Quality standardization and consistency across operations.
Business Analysis & Performance Measurement
- Collect, analyze, and interpret Quality operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop narratives that highlight behavioral opportunities and ideate ways to improve performance, measure process effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Monitor Quality performance and recommend corrective actions to address emerging risks or performance issues.
Strategic Initiatives & Change Management
