- Vera ein del av eit team, samarbeide tett med kollegaer på andre skift og andre viktige kontakter i fabrikken og elles i konsernet
- Ha gode samarbeidsevner
- Arbeide tett med eigen, og andre avdelingar for å identifisere drivarar som påverkar kvalitet, og leite etter løysingar
- Ta initiativ for kontinuerleg forbetring for å fremje fleksibilitet, kvalitet, effektivitet og leveringsdyktigheit
- Arbeide tett med teknisk avdeling for å sikre effektiv støtte og vedlikehald av maskiner
- Dagleg drift og vedlikehald av maskiner
