Objetivo da Função:
Atuar no suporte às atividades de Controle de Processo e Qualidade, realizando coletas de amostras em campo (UPC e Floresta), medições operacionais de madeira e carvão, transporte de amostras para análises externas e apoio ao monitoramento da conformidade dos processos produtivos.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Realizar coleta de amostras de madeira e carvão em campo, conforme procedimentos de Controle de Processo e Qualidade;
Garantir o correto acondicionamento, identificação e rastreabilidade das amostras coletadas;
Executar o transporte de amostras para laboratórios ou setores externos, assegurando integridade e cumprimento de prazos;
Executar atividades de controle e medição de madeira e carvão, conforme métodos e padrões estabelecidos;
Preencher corretamente planilhas, formulários e registros de campo;
Apoiar o monitoramento de parâmetros de processo, identificando desvios e reportando à liderança e à área de Qualidade;
Cumprir procedimentos operacionais, orientações do OPD e diretrizes da liderança durante o turno;
Realizar rondas de campo, observando condições operacionais, requisitos de segurança e conformidade;
Garantir a organização, limpeza e conservação do local de trabalho, equipamentos e ferramentas utilizadas;
Apoiar atividades de manutenção autônoma, quando aplicável;
Atuar conforme os princípios de disciplina operacional, segurança e qualidade;
Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua relacionadas ao processo;
Atuar como backup na área de carbonização dos fornos e/ou queimadores de gases.
Requisitos Técnicos:
Ensino médio completo; curso técnico em Processos, Qualidade, Florestal, Industrial, Produção, Química ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial;
Perfil júnior, com vivência inicial ou formação direcionada a controle de processo ou qualidade;
Conhecimento básico em controle de processo e análises de qualidade;
Capacidade de leitura e aplicação de procedimentos operacionais e padrões da qualidade;
Conhecimento básico dos processos de carbonização, madeira, carvão e produtos da planta;
Noções de manobras de campo e operação segura em áreas industriais e florestais;
Conhecimento básico de manutenção autônoma;
Capacidade de identificar e reportar desvios (troubleshooting básico);
Possuir habilitação categoria AB, com disponibilidade para deslocamento em área operacional, floresta e transporte de amostras;
Disponibilidade para atuação em campo (UPC e Floresta);
Atuação conforme requisitos de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade;
Treinamento como brigadista será considerado diferencial.
