- Core Responsibilities & Deliverables● The Ops 2.5 Specialist is responsible for ensuring process health and meeting operational targets within their assigned domain.● Be able to achieve high program health by taking charge of the responsibilities end to end real time.● Work allocation.● Meet/exceed the defined targets for the team (Productivity, Quality, SLA, Efficiency, and Utilization).● Ensure process adherence.● Identify process gaps & improvements.● Manage policy, training, reporting, and quality for their own process area, if there are no separate POCs for the same.● Can manage multiple responsibilities along with Core duties.● Manage stakeholder relationships with program leads or immediate product/engineering partners as required.● Quality audits (regularly).

Skills Required
- Minimum 48 months (4 years) overall experience
- Minimum 18 months domain experience in software testing, bug triaging, audits/quality checks, SME, or technical issue resolution
- Basic management exposure (mentoring, leading small projects)
- Moderate experience with JIRA or other ticketing tools (dashboards, simple workflows)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and strong experience with JQL
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office or Google suite
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and root cause identification methodologies (RCA, 5-whys, fishbone)
- Sound knowledge of operational metrics such as shrinkage and utilization
- High attention to detail, strong logical reasoning, and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Exceptional English reading comprehension and ability to write concise, accurate English
- Familiarity with smartphones and virtual test platforms
