Manage the on-site team and ensure that all services are provided properly and that the site operates at peak efficiency (meeting rooms, end-user equipment).
YOUR ROLE:
Responsible for all Workplace support issues and a team of 3 people
Also directly responsible for VIP support (CEO and Executive Committee, about 10 people in total)
Support for O365 tools, endpoints (PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Android), and Executive Committee meeting rooms (BYOD and MTR)
Day-to-day support is to be provided in French, but may require communication in English with N2 and N3 staff
On site standard hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday
YOUR PROFILE:
5-10 years' seniority
Proven experience supporting senior executives and Executive Committee
O365 from a user and Level 1 administration perspective
Windows and Mac
iOS/Android
Meeting Room: MTR and BYOD
Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, device enrollment, OS patching, MFA, password changes, Intune.
Experience working with the CEO and Executive Committee of a large organization is required
