Onsite Specialist - Labs and Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
• Works with the organizational team on various projects or special tasks as needed.
• Works with the organizational team to ensure orders are created accurately and on time for customers.
• Creates reports and documents for various projects and coordinates questions regarding processes and procedures.
• Processes incoming sample shipments to the laboratory in a timely fashion ensuring all ISO/IEC 17025:2017 procedures are followed.
• Manages schedule coordination and maintains calendars, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher Secondary Education preferred.
• Minimum three years clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and task oriented

This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
