Executes day-to-day lab operations & support objectives at customer facilities, following a defined standard output or set of procedures, focused on minimizing laboratory workflow interruptions. Problems and issues faced are generally recurring and solutions are typically known and/or prescribed.​ More complex problems are solved by applying methods learned through experience and/or using available support. Activities may include PPE and/or safety station checks and maintenance, reviewing defibrillators, extinguishers and dispensing areas to confirm working order, storage, tracking and distribution of chemicals/materials ensuring accurate inventory control, and hazardous waste collection and recycling. Collects, documents, and organizes data and observations. Communicates activity records, service level metrics and other information requiring some explanation or interpretation to team members, supervisors or customers.Tâches et responsabilités
  • Assurer la réception, le tri et la circulation des différents échantillons au sein de nos installations.

  • Placer correctement les échantillons reçus et suivre les procédures internes pour les demandes standard et urgentes.

  • Soutenir le transfert d’échantillons entre différentes zones et départements, y compris ceux à température ambiante ou sous chaîne du froid.

  • Participer à la préparation des envois (documentation, dataloggers, emballage) pour les partenaires internes et externes.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec la production, les laboratoires et les services de support afin de garantir un flux de travail efficace.

  • Contribuer à un environnement de travail propre, sûr et organisé selon les principes 5S.

  • Suivre les formations nécessaires et maintenir vos compétences à jour via notre plateforme interne.

  • Enregistrer en temps utile les indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés à vos activités.

  • Entretenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients internes et représenter notre organisation de manière professionnelle (français/anglais)

Disponibilité le week‑end
  •  Pouvoir venir effectuer le transfert main à la main le weekend (samedi ou dimanche matin)
  • Pour cette intervention, vous bénéficiez de heures de récupération ainsi que d’une indemnité spécifique conformément à notre politique interne.
