Job Brief
The Offline Sessions Operations Manager will oversee the coordination and management of offline educational sessions held throughout Egypt. This role involves managing regional Supervisors, planning logistics, maintaining session quality, and collaborating with other department leads.
As the Online Sessions Operations Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and manage online educational sessions across Egypt.
Manage a team of regional Supervisors responsible for virtual session execution.
Plan, schedule, and oversee all online session logistics and platform operations.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and smooth delivery of online sessions.
Collaborate with other department managers to optimize virtual learning experiences.
Address regional challenges and provide continuous support to Supervisors.
Report progress, performance insights, and issues to the Sr. Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Online Operations or Training Management.
Knowledge of Egypt’s geographic regions and online learning needs.
Familiarity with virtual learning tools, online education delivery methods, and LMS platforms.
Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams.
Experience in managing large-scale online educational programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and digital operations skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
