PeopleCert is looking for a Online Reputation Manager who will be responsible for the safeguarding and enhancing of PeopleCert’s digital presence by actively monitoring and engaging in discussions with our communities across various digital platforms, ensuring a positive brand reputation. 

As a Online Reputation Manager, your tasks will include the following:

  • Monitors online reviews, comments and mentions of PeopleCert across social media, forums, blogs and review sites to track public perception 
  • Responds promptly and professionally to both positive and negative feedback, ensuring a consistent and respectful tone that reflects the company's values and customer-first approach 
  • Develops and implements proactive strategies to strengthen PeopleCert’s online reputation, focusing on building positive customer relationships 
  • Collaborates closely with the Social Media, Marketing, Quality, Customer Service and other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to quickly address any emerging crises or negative press 
  • Creates detailed reports and analyses of online sentiment trends and feedback, providing actionable insights to support decision-making 
  • Engages daily with online communities and influencers to foster positive discussions about PeopleCert, addressing concerns and encouraging brand advocacy 
  • Addresses misinformation, negative press or inaccurate statements by crafting clear, factual responses to protect the brand’s integrity 
  • Stays updated on the latest industry trends, digital reputation management tools and best practices to ensure PeopleCert remains competitive and well-regarded online 
  • Ensure your work and presence is aligned with company’s values “Quality - Passion - Integrity – Innovation,” at all times


What we look for:

  • Academic Background in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar field. Master’s degree desirable 
  • Extensive experience in Digital Marketing Communications, with a significant exposure to social media and digital communities platforms in multinational corporate environments 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Level C2 or native) 
  • Proven experience in online reputation management, social media management, or related field and expertise in handling crises and managing sensitive situations 
  • Familiarity with online review sites and brand monitoring tools 
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to track online sentiment and performance 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
