Atlassian is currently seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join the Performance Advertising team. This role will involve managing Paid Affiliate campaigns and executing on end-to-end personalization experiments for Paid Channel traffic.
In this role you will:
- Manage the affiliate marketing agency to maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and communicate Atlassian's KPIs, meet budget targets, and reach business goals.
- Collaborate with the agency to create and implement strategic affiliate marketing campaigns that reach Atlassian's target audience.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns to maximize key business metrics.
- Collaborate with the Design team to improve paid affiliate banner creative and understand creative performance.
- Analyze affiliate program performance through comprehensive detailed reporting, identifying trends, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Help run A/B tests to compare landing page elements like headlines, call-to-action buttons, or form layouts to identify the most effective variations for improving conversion rates.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for further optimization based on landing page test results.
- Execute project pages, maintain experiment roadmap updates, and communicate experiment results to external stakeholders.
We are looking for a collaborative and diligent professional with:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and Experimentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, and data science).
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting metrics for optimization purposes
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with diverse partners.
- Confidence in negotiating affiliate contracts and terms.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tracking tools.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and ability to design and execute effective tests.
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with Impact and StatSig
- Familiarity with Tableau and Databricks
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $115,000 - $153,400
Zone B: $103,500 - $138,000
Zone C: $95,500 - $127,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
