We are looking to hire an Online Community Manager. You will help build, manage, and grow online communities for our brands and clients.
You will post content, talk to members, keep the community safe, and organize a variety of events to keep the community engaged. You will also report regularly on what is working, what’s not working and actively work to improve.

Essential Skills
- Community management: Proven experience running online communities (e.g., LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Slack/Discord, forums/Reddit) with clear engagement and growth results.
- Account management: Have owned a client or team account and kept people updated.
- Multitasking and high follow-through: You should be able to stay organized, meet deadlines, and effectively follow through on strategies in place to grow/maintain our community efforts.
- Tools: Canva or similar for graphics; basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript); community/scheduling tools (e.g., Meta tools, Buffer/Hootsuite); collaboration suites (GSuite/MS Office).
- AI tools: Practical use of AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, etc to work as effectively as possible.
- Writing: You must be able to communicate in a friendly, empathetic manner, on-brand.
- Analytics mindset: You should be comfortable with working with analytics, metrics and can use data to make informed decisions to continue to drive meaningful results/outcomes.
Preferred Expertise
- Helped run live online sessions like AMAs or webinars.
- Social listening and observing community sentiment while managing an online community (how people feel, how active they are).
- Able to repurpose content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Able to work with stakeholders to actively lead efforts creating content with the intent to grow and maintain our online communities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan simple goals for the community and a basic monthly plan.
- Post content on a set schedule with clean visuals and short videos when needed.
- Talk with members, answer questions, and keep the space safe.
- Plan and run small events (AMAs, roundtables, or simple webinars).
- Find and support member champions and invite them to engage within our communities.
- Regular reporting on performance, analyze what’s working, what’s not working and suggest next steps.
