We are looking for an Online Commercial Planner to join our Digital Trade team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasts across key online metrics, particularly Sales and Order Volumes as well as proactively contributing to the annual budgeting process.
About the Role
The Online Commercial Planner will own the Digital Demand forecasting, collaborating with the Trade team and aligning with the Merch Planning teams. The role will also be accountable for the Order Forecast, regularly reviewing and updating to maintain accuracy for operational
capacity planning and closely monitor and provide insight on out of stocks, slippage and returns to support business decisions & priorities.
The role will also see you co-ordinate the seamless execution of the Harrods Sale and Sitewide Rewards Weekends as well as ensuring effective stock management, whilst maintaining profitable sales.
About You
The ideal candidate is dynamic and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, easily building relationships and influence at all levels. They will have strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and a curious mindset along with a sound understanding of merchandising and ecommerce KPIs.
It is important that you have commercial experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, with strong Excel skills and experience using Power BI preferred. It is important that you are able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
