Key Responsibilities
- Process user requests for document verification in the inDrive app on time, following the scripts and service quality standards of the unit
- Make approve/decline decisions based on the verification rules for your market
- Meet the KPI targets set by management (volume, handling time, and quality)
- Keep clear notes on each case so that the decision can be checked later
- Escalate unclear or unusual cases to your team lead instead of guessing
- Apply updates to rules and processes as soon as they are communicated by the team

- Confident PC user

- Stable and fast internet connection
- Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with grammatical accuracy.
