The Global Financial & System Analyst is responsible for OneStream (Enterprise Performance Management system), advising and support the rest of the group finance and controlling team with ensuring accurate and timely information and analysing financial data. In this role, the Global Financial & System Analyst ensures the administration and continuous improvement of OneStream in terms of set up and maintaining and improving management information, thereby enabling financial closings and group steering.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize company's Enterprise Performance Management system (OneStream), including integration with ERP and other source systems.
- Collaborate with master-data and IT teams to ensure accurate data mapping and transformation rules within OneStream.
- Design and implement system controls to enhance financial data accuracy and reduce errors.
- Develop new functionalities in partnership with external consultants to meet evolving business needs.
- Support and enhance the rolling forecast process and financial consolidation activities.
- Deliver training and ongoing knowledge sharing to the global Finance community.
- Drive improvements in reporting, dashboards, and overall Finance function efficiency across group and local levels.
- Educational Level: Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field
- Alternatively: Degree in Business Administration with strong IT knowledge and technical understanding
- Strong analytical and technical skillset
- Experience with OneStream as admin
- Professional Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience
- Very good command in English (written and spoken)
