OneStream Functional Lead
Location: Philippines
Join our rapidly growing Technology Enablement practice as a trusted advisor to clients, blending deep functional expertise to deliver tailored and integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. In this role, you will contribute to OneStream implementation projects and ongoing managed services engagements, partnering closely with US-based project teams to deliver high-quality functional solutions that drive operational excellence for our clients.
What You'll Do
Client Delivery & Implementation
- Participate in OneStream implementation projects across all phases, including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Translate client requirements into functional designs that address FP&A process needs, including Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Close, Consolidations, and Reporting
- Deliver organization, process, and technology enhancements to help clients build optimal finance functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with US-based project teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful OneStream implementations
- Identify opportunities for improvement in client operations and performance through analytics and strategic insights
Managed Services Support
- Provide post-go-live support across a mix of managed services offerings, including break/fix troubleshooting and system enhancements, recurring close cycle support, and end-user training and enablement
- Respond to client inquiries and issues, escalating as appropriate to senior team members to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and support activities to support continuity and knowledge sharing
AI & Innovation
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing OneStream, with functional knowledge across core CPM processes
- Experience with other EPM tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive) is a strong plus, as it translates well to supporting diverse client environments
- 5–7 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems, ideally within a professional services environment
- Ability to gather and translate client requirements into clear functional designs and configurations
- Experience with analytical and modeling tools, with the ability to construct financial models for analysis and forecasting
- Ability to distill key data into concise executive dashboards
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline
- OneStream certification required; OneStream Architect certification preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones
Skills Required

- 4+ years hands-on OneStream implementation experience
