WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As our Client Onboarding Program Manager, you will be the person guiding our clients onto complex financial infrastructure. You'll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our clients, keeping everything — testing, change requests, stakeholder alignment, risk — moving in the right direction. You'll be the face of the program to the client, and the glue between our internal teams.

If you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments, know post-trade settlement inside out, and take pride in making hard things look easy, this role was built for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You'll run onboarding programs end-to-end, which means you'll need to be comfortable switching between the strategic and the operational — sometimes in the same afternoon.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Own client communications and be the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey
  • Coordinate across Product Management, Testing, Outreach, AFT, and Bottomline teams to keep everyone aligned
  • Plan and oversee integration testing — defining scope, managing sample data requests, and orchestrating test streams
  • Review and assess client change requests, looping in architects and product teams as needed
  • Track risks, flag issues early, and deliver clear reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Make sure timelines are realistic, dependencies are visible, and nothing falls through the cracks

WHAT WE VALUE

  • 5+ years of project management experience in asset servicing or a closely related field
  • Solid knowledge of post-trade settlement — you understand how the buy-side works and can speak the language of custodians, clearing brokers, and asset managers
  • Hands-on experience with equities, fixed income, ETDs, and/or OTC derivatives
  • Comfort with data interfacing, mapping, and testing processes (unit and integration)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — you know how to build trust quickly, especially with clients
  • Clear, confident communicator in English; other languages are a real bonus
