What you’ll spend your day doing:

  • Design feature-based agendas for virtual customer training sessions on the Alchemer platform
  • Deliver virtual and in-person Alchemer customer training sessions
  • Conduct Onboarding Training sessions for new customers and teams as part of greater onboarding programs and initiatives
  • Manage project plans and timelines for new training programs
  • Work closely with Support leaders to help identify customers who may benefit from individual attention, based on frequency of contact
  • Book, schedule and coordinate all aspects of Alchemer Private Training including customer communication and relaying information back to Sales Teams and CSMs
  • Utilize industry and company best practices for demos, courses, documentation and training material
  • Troubleshoot software or product issues on the fly and escalate unresolved issues to the support team
  • Deliver training through web-based course content, online webinars, face-to-face instructor-led courses, Go-Live implementations/set-ups, individual phone or face-to-face coaching sessions
  • Up to 20% travel time for on-site customer training and training events (post COVID)
  • Constantly look for ways to improve our training programs and methods

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in a business discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering remote & on-site instructor-led training or customer support/success – Extra points if you’ve working in a SaaS or software company
  • Familiarity with traditional and blended training methods
  • Naturally comfortable in front of a crowd with the ability to engage your audience – polished and poised  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a sense of humor
  • Experience customizing & running live demo-based training courses & webinars
  • Committed to professional development – a lifelong learner
  • Accomplished time manager with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $60,000-$70,000, with eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.

Skills Required
