The Onboarding Specialist is a human resources professional who provides assistance, support, and guidance to our Strategic
Resourcing and Services, Consulting, and Engineering teams (SC&E) within the Talent Acquisition organization.
This role partners with various departments, including Sales, Program Management, Legal, etc., to manage the onboarding and transfer of candidates assigned to various clients.

Job Responsibilities
• Collaborates closely with Resource Management, Partner Management, Sales and other key stakeholders to streamline the candidate onboarding process.
• Manages and completes the full onboarding process end-to-end, including all background requirements and onboarding
packages across various client Vendor Management Systems, ensuring full compliance throughout.
• Guides candidates through every step of the onboarding process, from document completion and drug screening to
understanding client requirements.
• Manages data in various vendor management systems to provide candidate information, finalize onboarding details,
and manage start dates and any necessary adjudication.
• Reviews and manages contracts and MSAs to identify pre-screening requirements, ensuring all onboarding steps are
accurately captured and compliant with client standards.
• Manages and completes client account audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance validation.
• Documents and updates client processes, procedures, and best practices, working closely with legal to review MSAs.
• Manages internal communications and maintain accurate records in our tracking system.
• Initiates background checks & drug screens. Works with various accounts to provide necessary documentation required to onboard candidates in a timely manner.
• Educates by partnering with new Resource Managers, Engineering Managers, Account Managers, and Managing
Consultants on new processes, client-specific requirements, and vendor management systems.
• Maintains data accuracy in vendor management systems by uploading candidate documents and background/drug screen
results.
• Plays a key role in maintaining and executing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Program
Management, Strategic Resourcing, Clients, etc.
