Overview:
The Onboarding/Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordinating all post-sale onboarding activities via webinars for each new customer account acquired by NCC sales teams. This includes coordinating and executing onboarding, training, and the launch of all NCC products for new accounts.
The primary goal of this role is to onboard each new customer promptly and ensure they use the full suite of NCC products.
What You’ll Do:
  • New Client onboarding and training
  • Implement processes that streamline installation turnaround times to maximize monthly New Account Revenue (NAR) from installations 
  • Provide daily focus on promoting the use of NCC services across all new customer accounts during their first 90 days. Promotion of such use may include, but is not limited to, regular contact with each user to confirm that use is occurring and to proactively assist with the identification and/or resolution of any issues that may contribute to minimal or no use of NCC services.
  • Provide first-line contact and support to all clients and users in accordance with company policy for new client acquisition.
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase new account revenue share and collaborating with Sales and account management teams to explore cross-selling NCC products.
  • Conduct thorough training via webinars for all new customers to ensure they understand how to perform their required function using the company’s products and services, and, in all instances, focus on value-adds to ensure that the company maximizes overall usage potential and product suite integration.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of soft pull/digital products and to communicate with other companies to assist with website installation and placement of digital products
What You’ll Have:
  • 2+ years of Software Implementation and/or account management experience 
  • At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing, both in person and by telephone, and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences, including management and employees.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying cross-sell opportunities within the current client base
  • Proven ability to manage a customer pipeline under deadlines.
